Imperio is aimed at providing opportunities for students to interact with stalwarts from the corporate world and learn and gain insights from their experiences.

On February 25, 2017, the Corporate Interface Team invited Dr. Prince Augustin- Executive Vice President – (Group Human Capital & Leadership Development), Mahindra & Mahindra to deliver a session on Career Development as part of their guest lecture series “Imperio”.

Dr. Augustin spoke about the expectations of corporate from the students during the summer internship programmes, how one can prep up oneself prior to the commencement of their internship programme and what pre-work is required. He made use of the clips from some movies to present the various aspects which prospective recruiters look for in a candidate. He also spoke about Mahindra & Mahindra’s new ventures, their RISE campaign and the Mahindra Leadership University which has been established to train leaders of the future.

The presentation was a highly interactive  and the  students immensely enjoyed the session
