Vaishali Ahuja, an alumna of SIBM Pune, batch of 2000, is now heading the HR function as Director HR, Japan for  BMW Group .

Prior to her posting in Tokyo, Vaishali was responsible for the talent management and training function for Asia-Pacific, BMW Group.She also led the people development for China in that role and was based in Beijing, China.

Vaishali was head for BMW India and was instrumental in setting up the operations of the company in India.She started her career with Hero Honda in 2000 and during that stint, she managed various functions in HR.
