SIBM Pune was delighted to host Ms. Deepshikha Mahajan, Senior Director and Head – People Development and Culture, Nutanix, and our alumnus from the Batch of 2000 at the Leadership Talk 2019, organized by the Alumni Team.

Through a series of personal anecdotes, Ms. Mahajan emphasized on the need to find the inner motivation and learn from life’s experiences to be resourceful, manage stress and hone decision making skills. She also shared how important it is to strive to strike a balance between personal and professional lives. On a parting note, she encouraged the students to develop their appetite to read as it enhances perspective.
