Mr. Sameer Samudra, Director-Customer Support Excellence, Cummins India, interacted with the students of SIBM Pune where he delivered a lecture on LGBTQ Pride Initiative. Mr. Samudra explained on how Cummins supports diversity and inclusion with respect to special needs individuals -physical and mental, sexual orientation and gender.
Mr. Samudra clncluded the session by sharing his view on – How the workplaces have become dynamic and topics like LGBTQ being discussed more in open. Mr.Jitendra Pathurkar who hold a managerial position in Cummins was instrumental in arranging this session.
