Mr. Rohit Kumar an Alumni of SIBM Pune batch of 1996 and presently  CHRO, Kelloggs India , visited SIBM Pune to interact with the incumbent batch and share his experiences and stories to inspire the leaders of tomorrow.

Mr. Kumar emphasized the importance and need for direct & transparent communication within an organization and also gave deep insights on organization culture and environment and its impact on a person and the organizations growth.
