Thermax. D Ltd. is an Indian energy and environment engineering company based in India and Britain. It manufactures, boilers, vapour absorption machines, offers water and waste solutions and installs captive power projects. M. S. Unnikrishnan took over as Managing Director on July 1, 2007. Earlier, as Executive Vice President, he had been the company’s project business – captive power, boilers & heaters and air pollution control. He is presently the Managing Director & CEO of Thermax

Mr. Unnikrishnan began his career with Thermax after graduating from the VNIT, Nagpur in 1982 in Mechanical engineering. He has also completed his Advanced Management Programme from the Harvard Business School, USA.

Mr. Unnikrishnan visited SIBM Pune and spend more than an hour interacting with the students who are starting their 2 year MBA & MBA(I&E) journey at SIBM Pune
