SIBM Pune had the pleasure of hosting Team Wipro for the Campus Finale of The Culture Conundrum – a Wipro HR Case study competition. The event was kick-started by Mr. Samuel Stephen, B-school Engagement Architect at Wipro Limited, who walked the students down the road of Wipro’s rich legacy. Before the finalists gave their presentations, Mr. Samir Gadgil, VP and HR Head at Wipro BPS shared valuable insights on the theme of the case study – culture in organizations.

The judges panel comprised of Mr. Gadgil, Mr. Shaval Murthy, Head HR – Global Delivery, Cloud Infrastructure Services at Wipro Technologies, Mr. Soumyadeep Ghosh, Executive HR, Ms. Samikshya Rath, Assistant Manager – HR, Ms. Neha Sodhi, Program Lead, B-school Engagement and Hiring, and Mr. Nishit Suman Bodra, Assistant Manager – HR at Wipro Ltd.

After a tough competition, Team IOT comprising Revanth Thangella, Swastika Bandyopadhyay, and Pabbineedi Sai Shivani were named winners. We extend our sincere thanks to all the guests for coming down to our campus and engaging in valuable discussions with the incumbent batch.
