Brief Profile of Dr. Alain Guiette

Dr Alain Guiette is postdoctoral researcher at the University of Antwerp and a professor in the area of management, organization, and strategy. He holds a PhD in Applied Economic Sciences (UA, 2015) in the topic of sensemaking of organizational change processes.

Prior to re-joining the academics Dr Guiette worked for a decade in consultancy, in companies like Deloitte and McKinsey & Company. His research interests include organization theory, organizational sensemaking, interpretive phenomenology, organizational change, critical management studies, process philosophy, and mindfulness.

Dr Alain Guiette is at SIBM Pune for teaching Organizational Behavior and Change Management. Dr Alain Guiette  also interacted with the faculty members.
