I am absolutely delighted to inform that Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and IRM India Affiliate, ( Institute of Risk Management ) an affiliate of IRM HQ UK, signed an MOU today to launch one of India’s pioneering programs, the Global Program in Enterprise Risk Management GPERM!
This will be a path breaking program, one year, full time, residential program, targeted specifically towards creating risk-intelligent professionals, to serve the needs of industry and other entities and sectors.. to be launched with an intake of 60, the program will commence from January 2026. The program combines SIBM Pune‘s pedagogical, institutional and brand strengths, with IRMs global expertise in ERM, spread over 140 countries, and will develop young leaders, who will be resilience architects, reputation stewards, sustainability architects and risk – intelligent changemakers in an increasingly complex world..
We were honoured to have with us Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Hon’ble Pro Chancellor, SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, who has been the main motivator and initiator of this program for the signing today…. special thanks to Hersh Shah, SIRM, and his team who have worked so diligently with us over the last few months to make it happen.. big thanks also to our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr Ramakrishnan Raman, who has supported us so much… and of course all the stalwarts from industry who came today for the MOU signing… both offline and online.. their supports means a lot to us!
