Lumière Session – ZEE5 Global

SIBM Pune was glad to host Mr. Aabhar Dadhich, Head – Subscription Revenue, ZEE5 Global and our alumnus from the Batch of 2009, for a Lumière Session organized by the Research and Scholastic Development Team.

Centered around the nuances in Service Marketing and the role of technology, Mr. Dadhich explained how the market landscape has changed over the years.

Emphasizing on the relative spectrum of the level of intangibility, Mr. Dadhich shed light on the fundamental difference between performing a service and creating a product. He pointed out the enormity of Digital in our lives by walking us through the “Internet Minute”. He shared valuable insights on the marketing and operational aspects of OTT platforms.
