Raj Kishan Mallavarapu an SIBM Pune Batch 2004 who is a HR Leader and an Executive Coach with holistic experience across human capital strategy, business partnering, talent management, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, human resource technology is now APAC Head of Commercial Capabilities & Change Enablement at Bayer Crop Science

Prior to multiple to his current role, he worked with Monsanto, Saint-Gobain and primarily focused on business partnering. In both these companies, he had the opportunities to drive the talent agenda with leadership and HR teams to enable business results through the design and deployment of relevant programs, policies and initiatives.
