SIBM Pune conducted the Leadership Session on 28th June 2019. We were honored to host Mr. Sundaram R. M., Senior Vice President & Head – University and Schools Relationship Management & Employer Branding, Yes Bank, who helped the incumbent batch to get a glimpse of what’s in store for them in the upcoming two years of MBA life.
Through the interactive session on “Constructing Careers”, Mr. Sundaram compelled the audience to reflect on their priorities and aspirations. The students were encouraged to equip themselves and gear up their arsenal to identify their strengths and weaknesses through self-assessment.
Mr. Sundaram’s 3 step cheat sheet of Self-Assessment, Interest Check and Research captivated our first-year students and would help them develop an edifying perception during their MBA journey which would be pivotal in deciding the direction of their career.
