Social, Entrepreneurship & Consulting Cell took up a social initiative on 9th November 2017 of distributing blankets to the needy people on the streets of Pune. This initiative was to help some of those who can not afford a buy a blanket for this winter.
The initiative was called “Winter is Coming” and the students reachd out to people on the platform at and distributed 150 blankets across the streets of Sivaji Nagar, Pune Railway Station, Municipal Office Area, ganesh temple and other areas of Pune.
The Team raised funds through JUGAAD: THE FUND RAISER an event conducted as a part of the Entrepreneurship Summit 2017.
I am glad that SECC has taken up this initiative that contribute to the welfare of society.
