Innovation Club of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management – SIBM Pune in association with IIC (Institutes Innovation Council) hosted CA Sai Manohar Prabhu and CS Sushant Kulkarni on December 1st 2018, for an Atelier session. Atelier is a series of workshops and industrial visits for entrepreneurs as an initiative to facilitate practical and hands on learning.
The workshop on “Venture Registration and Legal Compliance” was an interactive session which covered topics like different kinds of firms, which one to go for your business, their tax implications and GST compliances.
The session gave good insights on ‘Importance of understanding legal aspects as an entrepreneur’. The session was very useful for the students and provided insights into legal aspects that entrepreneurs need to be aware of.
