European Union Delegation to India & Bhutan conducted a workshop on Erasmus+, Jean Monnet and Marie Sklodowska – Curie Actions which had its focus on funding opportunities for India-Europe mobility and cooperation.
Mr. Brian Toll, Senior Policy Adviser, International Cooperation in Education and Youth, European Commission, DG Education & Culture, Brussels conducted the workshop. The workshop was organized from 09#30 to 17#30 hours on Wednesday 28th October at Symbiosis International University (SIU), Convention Centre.

I was an invited speaker in the session on Capacity Building in Higher Education. The audience were the Vice Chancellors, Head of the Institutions, Deans & Directors of Research, International Programmes & representatives from the Indian Higher Education Institutions in addition to faculty members from SIU who were interested in the programme. I had an opportunity to share my views on the topic and also about the Indian higher education system.
