Mr. P.M. Srinivas an alumnus of SIBM Pune and presently  HR- Head, India Sub-Continent for Procter & Gamble delivered an insightful leadership session to the students of SIBM, Pune.

He recalled his journey to leadership, and accountability when he was the Student’s President at SIBM Pune. He also advised the students about the importance of looking out for the external changes in the VUCA world.

Mr. Srinivas shared three important learnings from his glorious career – Accept Reality, Make Others Grow and I Care and urged the students to Do Something That Matters.
