The  first year MBA and MBA(I&E) students of SIBM, Pune were in a resort located at Karjat, for an out bound training programme, which is part of the induction programme at SIBM, Pune.  The objective of the outbound training is to make sure that all of them are ready as a “team” to start this two year MBA journey.

SIBM, Pune encourages students to work in a team and the team building activities conducted at the out bound programme would immensely help the students.The outbound training was immensely enjoyed by all SIBM Pune students, where learning by doing was the focus .

They are now all set to return to SIBM Pune for being guided by a professional agency which will help them identify their strength and map it to the right elective.
