SIBM Pune was proud to host Mr. Ranjeet Oak, Chief Business Officer, Corporate Travel, MakeMyTrip, who shared his insights on the evolution of the marketplace in India. Mr. Oak emphasized the potential and importance of young and rural India in the future market. He also shared some insights about a few programmes that Make My Trip is running to retain loyal customers.

Mr. Oak concluded the session with topics related to customer acquisition, data usage, niche market segments and drop off re-targeting.
