Mr.Prashant Bhaskar , an SIBM Pune alumnus of 1999 batch and currently the CEO of PlugHR ,a company that “sets up, improves or fully runs HR department for growing entrepreneurs across the World” visited SIBM, Pune and addressed the MBA (Innovation &Entrepreneurship) students.

Mr. Prashant Bhaskar shared several innovative practices that is followed in his company. When the students asked on the biggest challenge that he faced during the startup years, he informed that that attracting bright and experienced professionals was a big challenge and then next challenge was the initial funding that was needed. He bootstrapped and ran the business without taking on fixed costs like office infrastructure etc. He also informed that he worked from coffee houses across cities and even parks while maintained sharp eye on revenue opportunities! This was an eye opener for the SIBM MBA (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) students.
