Mr. John Sebastian, Manager, HR (Talent Acquision) at V-Guard Industries, conducted an interactive Leadership Session with the students of SIBM Pune.
Mr. Sebastian, in his usual engaging style, explained various HR related concepts to the batch. He also highlighted various legal and governmental provisions that are shaping the future of HR in India. In addition to that, he informed the students about the HR initiatives ushered by his team at V-Guard, and emphasized on the need for firms to become employee champions rather than playing a passive role.The session was followed by a round of question and answers from the audience
