Mahindra & Mahindra brightened up a Sunday evening ( 17th July 2016) at SIBM Pune with the launch of Mahindra War Room, a case competition designed to bring forth out-of-the-box and innovative ideas for live business challenges in their various verticals.

Dr. Prince Augustin, Executive Vice President, Human Capital at Mahindra & Mahindra ( also an alumni of SIBM, Pune) informed the students of the challenges they would face in the course of the competition and what it would take to reach to the top. With several international institutions participating , the level competition has going to be stiffer!

Mr. Udit Tewari, Senior Manager, Campus Branding and Recruitment, gave the details about the Mahindra journey, and the platinum standard that has been set by Mahindra  group.

Mr. Srisram Chandrasekaran Founder and CEO, Broadvision Group the knowledge partner of war room, gave the students an overview of the caselets which were varied and based on actual business scenarios in Mahindra’s many business-domains. Also Ms. Anisha Saluja and Mr. Abhishek Nair, SIBM alumni and war room winner winner and campus-shortlist respectively, made the students aware of what was ahead in the competition.

It was an engaging and interesting experience and a great first-hand introduction to one of the most prestigious business school competitions.
