The finale to Interrobang Season 7, a case study competition carried out by ITC was conducted at the SIBM Pune campus. This competition provides HR students with a platform to showcase their potential by applying various human resource management principles and practices to address current day problems. The ITC team organised the finale, with a host of engaging activities planned throughout the event.

HR leaders from ITC. Mrs. Chandana Ghosh, Head- Competency Development, ITC, addressed the audience with anecdotes from her career, especifically relating to talent in sales and marketing. Mr. L. Prabhakar, Vice President – Human Resources (Agri-business Division), ITC, took the stage next. He spoke about employee relations in the industrial sector of a business.

Team Falcon from SIBM Pune, comprising of Mr. Akshay Kumar Singh, Mr. Arjun N, Ms. Apruva Kushwaha, and Ms. Chandini Singhalemerged as runners up of Interrobang?! Season 7.
