Dr.Latha Poonamallee, is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, School of Business and Economics and the Founding Director, Michigan Tech Center for Social Innovation (CenSI) and also the Director, Pavlis Institute India Project Center. Dr.Latha Poonamallee,is a PhD in Organizational Behavior, from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Human Resources, Pondicherry University

Dr Poonamallee conducted a workshop on social innovations for MBA(I&E) students at SIBM Pune on Social Innovations.

The emphasis of workshop was on social innovations as- Tool for Transformation, Institutional Change. She also discussed 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development identified by United Nations. Further she discussed current social issues and challenges in Indian Context.
The session was interactive where students actively participated and enjoyed the session
