Rashi Rajsingh from SIBM Pune – MBA II HR was announced as the winner of E-Cube paper writing competition by ITC. Students from SIBM Pune had the opportunity to visit ITC Ranjangaon factory as a part of ITC E-Cube 2016. The visit was organized by the SIBM Pune’s HR Club ‘Vitarka’ who got the support from Prof.Deepika Mehta Pandita, a faculty member at SIBM Pune.

E-Cube is an event initiated by ITC, which is a platform where ITC aims to engage with young HR professionals and help to provide a two way interface between industry and academia. E-Cube also attempts to understand the students perceptions and at the same time communicate to them the expectation from ITC!

E-Cube also aims to get student’s views on ER and IR related issues via a paper writing competition followed by a plant visit. Rashi Rajsingh from SIBM Pune – MBA II HR was announced as the winner of E-Cube paper writing competition by ITC.
