Through an enlightening session on the changing perspectives of HR in the industry, the students of SIBM Pune got the opportunity to interact with Mr. Joydeb Dhar, CHRO & General Manager, Human Resources at Tata NYK Shipping.
Mr. Dhar walked the students through the evolution of HR function from being a business support to a business enabler. He emphasized on the changing frameworks which ensure the lateral growth of individuals, focusing on people engagement and happiness.
