Mr. Mohit Mangla, Chief of Staff to CEO at Droom, Founder – Pitpause, an Angel Investor and an SIBM Pune alumnus of the batch of 2013 conducted a session on career planning for the first year students of SIBM Pune.
Encompassing his “Three Idiots” theory he spoke about capability in terms of a graphical curve and overachievers and underachievers. He emphasized that success follows capability and one should work for equity. Mr. Mohit also stressed upon the importance of data driven decisions because they cannot be challenged.
While talking about Product management he cited examples from his career journey and highlighted that user-experience, technology and business.Mr. Mohit kept the session light-hearted and interactive and resolved various queries of the students.The session was certainly insightful and enriching for the students
