Mr. Jitendra Paturkar, an SIBM, Pune alumnus from the batch of 1992-1994, who is currently holding the position of General Manager Human Resources, Cummins Inc, addressed the first-year HR batch at SIBM Pune on 1st July, 2016.

Mr. Paturkar, has twenty years of experience in diverse roles, this made his interaction with the students very informative and engaging. He explained the challenges and opportunities in taking HR as a career option. He also gave a glimpse of current trends in HR.
Having begun the MBA journey, the first year SIBM, Pune students got a lot of questions to ask which made the session highly interactive !
