The session provided valuable industry insights to the students and they had several question related to performance management and its link to organizational goals and individual goals, derivatives of performance management system and the PMS Philosophy. The session was concluded with an activity that focused on “Designing a performance management system”
Prof. Sunaina Kuknor was instrumental in arranging for this session which was a part and parcel her course that she handles for the HR batch and the students immensely benefited from the session
