SIBM Pune hosted Ms. Prriti Narain, CHRO, Indian Sub Continent, AkzoNobel for a Leadership session.
Ms. Narain is an alumnus of the institute from the batch of 2000. She shared some valuable learning from her journey across various organizations.She laid emphasis on making a strategy for life and how it helps in balancing out everything.She also encouraged the students to allocate their resources wisely for desired results.
Ms. Narain spoke about the importance of humility and how it helps at the work place. Most importantly, she laid emphasis on being loyal to the organization that one works for because in the end it takes only one mistake to tarnish the image of a person. To conclude she also asked the students to give themselves some “me time” in order to highlight the importance of work life balance.
